Pumpkin spice muffins with cream cheese frosting. Truly better than you could get at any coffee shop, this muffin melts in your mouth, it’s so delicious and moist. Doughy pumpkin, with a subtle hint of spice, swirled with cream cheese frosting on top, best enjoyed warm, right out of the oven. Perfect for the last few chilly autumn mornings ahead with a hot cup of coffee or as dessert at the end of the day! Trust me when I say these are the easiest things that you will bake all year AND bonus: guaranteed everyone will go crazy over them at any holiday gathering (hint hint: Thanksgiving) 😉
INGREDIENTS:
1 box spice cake mix (any brand)
1 can pumpkin puree (any brand)
1 tub cream cheese frosting
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix entire spice cake box mix and entire can of pumpkin puree in a bowl. Stir until mixed together fully. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray of your choice. Pour batter into muffin tins (usually makes about 12). Feel free to add chocolate chips if you’d like! Bake for 15 min (check around the 10 min mark). Let cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting. ENJOY 🙂
