TGIF!!! I have some exciting news for you girls! I know it’s been challenging to find a way we can all be together (virtually of course) and stay motivated and I’ve finally found the answer! I found this super cool app where we can all join in on a step challenge together, virtually. So for the next month, we can stay connected, keep each other accountable, and motivate each other to hit those step goals each day! Here’s how it works…
Ok, so here’s how it works and what you need to do to join! First tings first, we start on:
THURSDAY, FEB 25TH
This means you have one week to download the free app, get signed up, and get ready to get your steps on girl!! I can’t wait to do this virtually with so many of you and connect on a fitness level! Here’s how it works:
- Download the free app STEP BET
- SIGN UP + create an account
- Enter the game code: TOREY (this will ensure that you are in OUR step challenge and will be able to connect with me + other women)
- You’ll have to put in $40 into the pot. If you reach your daily step goals, then you walk away at the end of the 5 weeks with the $40 you pitched in + possibly more!
Here is a refresher on the game rules (set by the app, not me FYI), but still seems fun:
- The game is 5 weeks long. During each week, you need to meet your Active goal on 4 days and your Power goal on 2 days. What you do on the other 1 day is up to you!
- Meet your goals during every week of the game and you’ll split the pot with the other winners!
- Miss your goals and you’ll no longer be eligible to split the pot.
- The first week of the game is a “warm-up week” where no players will be eliminated. Use it to get a feel for your goals and figure out your strategy for the rest of the game!
