As you can imagine, life during March was a bit crazy, not only for me, but for our entire world! With that being said, I’m looking forward to April to set some attainable, intentional, and healthy goals while spending a lot of time at home! With that being said, if you follow along on Instagram stories then you’re already familiar with my April fitness and health challenge I’m hosting with hundreds of my followers. Below are a few of my personal goals for the month of April, just a few attainable goals that I’d like to accomplish before the month is up:
get dressed with hair/makeup daily
closet clean out
read 2 books
daily beach walks
In addition, some of my health/fitness goals are included in the Torey’s Treasures April Challenge I created for me and YOU to participate in below! There are three parts to this challenge: working out daily (or moving your body), drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily, and eating your greens/healthy! Once you’ve gotten through your day, here’s how it works: save this photo below, follow the key in the corner, and add the appropriate emoji’s daily to your calendar to see what you accomplished each day! Post to your Instagram stories and tag me @toreystreasures so I can see your daily progress!
At the end of the month I will select a random winner who has participated in every day of the challenge + posts their calendar to their Instagram stories. Got it!? Sounds fun right 🙂 This will motivate both of us, keep us accountable, and encourage us to stay healthy during quarantine…
