HAPPY WEEKEND! Today’s blog post is dedicated to all things fitness! Whether you’re just beginning to break your way into the fitness world, or have been working out for years, I’m sharing my favorite must-have items for working out! Over the last 10 years I’ve been diligently working out, have tested and tried out many different fitness brands of clothing, shoes, protein, etc, and find myself going back to the same brands that I absolutely love! These are brands that I’m a true believer in and recommend them to EVERYONE! Trust me when I say that what I’m sharing in today’s blog post are specific must-haves for women in the fitness world!

I think there are some items worth splurging on when it comes to your fitness game and that includes leggings and shoes. Honestly you NEED good quality leggings and shoes to be comfortable and have something that fits properly in order to benefit your workouts! This will ensure your workouts are reaching the highest potential without being unnecessarily hindered. My favorite leggings are Lululemon Align 25″ (I wear size 4 and am normally an XS or 0), my favorite bra is Lululemon Energy Bra (I wear size 6 and am typically a 34C), and my favorite workout shoes are by far the Adidas Ultra Boost (I order up 1/2 size).
Some other key things to take note of to ensure you’re successful in the fitness world is protein (and good quality protein). AirPods are something else that I use daily and can’t live without! The wireless and bluetooth capabilities are such a game changer in the gym using equipment and even running. Lastly- a Hydro Flask water bottle with the straw is clutch for maintaining your daily water intake as well as One Bar’s for on the go low sugar/high protein snack!
