Happy Fit Friday friends! I’ve been brainstorming ways to bring my love for fitness to this corner of the internet and share it all with you in hopes that I can motivate in one way or another! You all know my love for working out, but it can be monotonous for some or even intimidating. Since I’m working out 7 days a week, I have found ways to get creative in the gym, starting with my cardio. I typically warm up with 15-20 minutes of HIIT style fat burning cardio and then move on to the PWR program on the Sweat app OR do a strength training workout from the Tone It Up app! Today I’m sharing 3 HIIT style (super fat burning) workouts you can do on the treadmill that will be the most beneficial to your body. I love High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a treadmill because it helps to get your heart rate up, drop it down and ultimately burn the maximum amount of calories.
Note before you begin: take these at your own pace! You may need to start at a lower speed and build up, but take it at your level!
All of the following are about 15ish minute workouts! Like I mentioned, I love these as a warm up before I lift weights. These will REALLY get your fat burning and your heart racing!
