I asked all of you babes on Instagram for some feedback on what you’d like to see this year on the blog and you all came through with SO MANY good ideas! The majority did request lots of health, fitness, and wellness oriented ideas, so today I’m excited to share my favorite healthy snack ideas for the busy gals like me!
- Carrots + Persian Cucumbers + Hummus
- Protein Bars (low sugar/high protein/whole ingredients): One Bar, Power Crunch, rX Bar, Perfect Bar, LaraBar can all be bought at Trader Joes
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Greek Yogurt + Berries
- Nuts / Trail Mix
- Apple + Justin’s Nut Butter or rX Nut Butter Packets To Go (find at Whole Foods or your local grocery)
- “Light” Blue Bell Cheese + Triscuits
- I also LOVE making these “protein energy bites“…it’s such a quick/healthy/easy recipe!
