Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, espresso shots, you name it. The list goes on and on! Not only can it be overwhelming ordering a coffee drink at a trendy coffee shop, but a healthy one at that. Today I’m sharing my favorite, healthy, go-to coffee orders when I’m out and about AND my secret to making the most delicious cup of coffee at home. Trust me, I’m hooked, and so is my boyfriend 😉

I typically brew my own coffee Monday-Friday since I’m on a tight time schedule in the morning between the gym and school, but I do like to treat myself on the weekends and occasionally mid-week for a pick me up. Some of the most delicious and low-cal/low to no-sugar drinks that I love are:
HOT DRINK:
- @ Starbucks: Almond Milk Flat White w/ 1 pump of Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce
- ^ my go to order at Starbucks!
COLD DRINK:
- @ Nordstrom eBar: Iced Coffee w/ 1 pump of Sugar Free Vanilla (add 1 stevia + splash of cream)
- ^ this drink literally tastes like a vanilla espresso milkshake- it is SO GOOD!
MY SECRET TO BREWING YOUR OWN COFFEE:
- add multiple sprinkles of cinnamon into the ground coffee beans (so good!) when they’re in the filter
- ^ if you love cinnamon, you’ll LOVE this touch.
MY FAVORITE GUILT-FREE, SUGAR-FREE CHAI:
- I recently discovered this SUGAR FREE chai and shared it on Instagram and you guys went crazy for it. I’ve found it at my local grocery store- Vons or Ralphs or order it here.
- ^ add 1/2 chai, 1/2 unsweetened almond milk over ice OR heat it up and it is SO DELICIOUS! I have this drink multiple times a week in the afternoon!
