I’d say 80% of the time I eat pretty healthy (lean, clean, and green) and the other 20% I like to indulge and enjoy. Trust me, life is all about balance, and there’s no reason to deprive yourself of something that sounds amazing! For example, I’ve been craving banana pancakes (my fave) for the past week and Sunday morning I made a huge batch and ate 4 of them, and saved the rest for leftovers this week. I’ll balance it all out with veggies/lean chicken for dinner and my green smoothie recipe tomorrow morning. See?! Totally doable!
Now what you are all here for...the much anticipated Trader Joe’s free printable grocery shopping list! There’s no better way to start out your week than with a healthy grocery shopping list and free printable, right?! 😉
Before we dive in to this blog post, I want to share what I typically eat in a day. Keep in mind, things change day to day- if someone brings donuts to work, or someone asks me to go to happy hour + dinner, etc, of course that’s okay, but OVERALL these items I’m sharing on my free printable grocery list are my weekly go-to purchases at the grocery store!
I absolutely LOVE Trader Joe’s, there’s really nothing better (…does this mean I’m getting old?! haha), but I also shop at Whole Foods or Vons for other items that can’t be found on my typical Trader Joe’s haul. I typically spend about $100-$150 per week (just for myself) total. and very rarely eat out.
