If you’ve been following along with me on Instagram stories, then you know that I’ve recently joined the early morning workout crew. I’m talking 5:00am early! Who’s with me on this one?! It’s been a game changer, so I have free time in the afternoons + evenings to focus on my blog. My goal for this Facebook group is simply to have a positive community space where women are able to share anything from their favorite jeans, to healthy recipes, their favorite travel locations on the west coast, to keeping each other accountable for our workouts, and more! I really want it to be fun, interactive, and basically get to know each other! For starters, we all have one thing in common: we’re all Torey’s Treasures readers! - protein bars: my favorites are these, these, and these
- banana or apple + peanut butter to-go here
- nuts (pistachios are my current fave)
- carrots + hummus
- yogurt (I love siggi’s), berries, + this granola
- hard boiled eggs
- protein power balls (see my recipe here or on Instagram story highlights under “health”)
- protein shake
- cheese + turkey wrapped up as a snack
- cottage cheese (high in protein) + cantaloupe
