If there’s one thing in the world that I’m not a fan of, it’s wet hair…so drying it, and styling it as quickly as possible is a must! Continue reading for some of my favorite tips and tricks on having a great hair day while maintaining super healthy locks! I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to use quality shampoo and conditioner! For someone like me, who occasionally gets blonde highlights, and uses heat on my hair daily, this Repair/Recovery shampoo is a must because of its reparative and nourishing formula that aides in transforming damaged hair. I follow up with this Anti Aging/Replenishing Moisture Conditioner to ensure that my hair is protected from fading color and daily stresses while also restoring moisture. Once I’ve showered and have towel-dried hair, I spray this Miracle Filler to strengthen my locks. Just after using all of these products combined for the past month, I’ve noticed improvement in shine, texture, softness, and manageability in my hair (plus, they all smell GREAT which is an added bonus)! I have to say thank you to my wonderful hair stylist at Salon Patine in Santa Barbara for these great tips on keeping my locks healthy 🙂
This blow dryer is seriously magic and you need it to help you fly through the drying process!
I use the brush on the left, the glosser paddle brush, to brush through my wet hair immediately after showering. Then, I use the brush on the far right, the hot paddle brush, while blow drying. The base of this brush was created with aluminum ceramic plates to retain heat better than a traditional paddle brush and to promote faster straightening. However, if you prefer a round brush to blow dry, making subtle waves, this round thermal brush is the one. (A huge thank you to Fromm Beauty for brushes + dryer, all opinions are my own).
I stick to this routine every other day (or sometimes every 3 days) when I wash my hair and style it. I also highly suggest getting a comfortable robe like this (on sale), this or this (on sale) because it’s lightweight and is perfect for getting ready in without messing up your outfit for the day. I hope this post was a helpful one, because if you’re like me, you are SO busy and have no time to waste!
