It’s that time of year to focus on spring cleaning, and I’ve taken full charge of minimizing my closet! A couple times a year I become so determined to own a smarter wardrobe, and it’s just that time again. I’ve recently gotten rid of pieces that rarely get worn, and added or kept pieces I know I will still love in a year from now. Now that’s what I call owning a smart wardrobe!
At the top of my list of a smarter wardrobe is a maxi skirt. It’s essential to a woman’s wardrobe and it simply refuses to go out of style. So in collaboration with thredUP, I received this beautiful ASOS skirt (that seemed to be unworn) for 77% off regular price, and put together a great transitional outfit, that can be worn year round. I have a new found respect and love for consignment pieces of clothing s ever since collaborating with thredUP. I can order with security from thredUP knowing that my secondhand purchase has the exact same return policy as if I were to shop for new clothes. ThredUP shopping quickly made me feel at ease with their comprehensive and effective filtering system, and I’m completely happy with my skirt that will surely remain part of my smart closet, and will be worn for years to come!
